Sometime after this last letter from DIRECTV I went to the Clallam County court house and asked if I could file a civil suit against DIRECTV. I was told that I had no power at all to start any action whatever myself, as an individual, against them. I was advised to get a lawyer - not only by the desk clerk, but by some guy standing behind me who said I would be ‘eaten alive’ by DIRECTV without a lawyer.
It was before this trip to the courthouse that I sent the letter below:

Please resend the enclosed document [the previous letter from them] with a signiture of a real person (with print-out of name) and position, whose name I can use on a lawsuit for:
