DIRECTV Disconsolations

The Better Business Bureau complaint gave me a 6 month breather; in fact, I thought I was done with the whole mess, but not so.  About a week ago I received another bill from a different debt collection agency that I include below.

I have a good buddy who worked for a debt collection agency at one time.  He used to tell me some pretty good stories about his experiences there, but even as hard-hearted and crass as he can be at times, he dropped out of that business before he was sent to some rest home with a pipe wrench, which seemed to be what they were grooming him for.
